250g PureOli Canola oil* or 125g melted butter + 125g PureOli Canola Oil
1 ½ cup brown sugar
1 ½ cup wheat flour
1 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp bicarbonate soda
1 cup evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 tsp ovalette
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp butter oil flavour*
* if use 100% oil & no butter
Preparation Method :
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and fine texture. Bake at 180-200°C @ 40-45 mins. -

Ingredients A :
Chicken breast - 1kg (cut into small pieces)
Black pepper paste - 1 pack
Chilli sauce - 2 Tbsp
Osyter sauce - 2 Tbsp
Soy sauce - 2 TbspIngredients B :
Cauliflower - adequate amount
Holland's Onion - 1 (cut into small cubes)
Red capsicum - 1 (cut into small cubes)
Green capsicum - 1 (cut into small cubes)
PureOli Canola Oil - 2 Tbsp
Preparation Method :
- Marinate the chicken with all other ingredients A for an hour.
- Add and heat the oil in the pan.
- Add in the marinated chicken and half-cook it (chicken turns into white colour).
- Add in the remaining vegetables (Cauliflower, capsicum and onion) and continue stir fry for a short while.
- Black pepper chicken is ready to serve.
Remark :
Don't over-cook the chicken, it will turn dry and stringy.
